I was raised in South Dakota and moved to Colorado in 1991.  I spent many years in the Casino industry prior to owning and operating a Landscaping company in Littleton, Colorado.  As the landscaping company grew and required a lesser amount of time I was able to pursue other interest.   I began investing in rental properties and also did multiple fix and flips over a period of a few years.  The landscaping company continued to prosper and I decide to sell the company and focus full time on real estate investing. 

My lovely wife MarieGrace and I, along with our two sons, moved from Littleton to Teller County in 2013.   This move created a fantastic learning opportunity with regards to real estate as I did not have much experience in real estate outside the Denver Metro area.   Moving really helped me expand my knowledge of the surrounding real estate markets of Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Canon City, Salida, Buena Vista, as well as the mountain areas in between. 

Our entire family absolutely loves living in the mountains with everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer.  While youth activities such as Cross Country, Track, Baseball, and others tend to take up a good portion of our free time we are still able to make plenty of time for all our other hobbies such as hunting, skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter and water skiing, paddleboarding, ATVing and climbing 14ers in the summer.
